Sam Hunt’s Wife Withdrew Divorce Complaint Hours After She Filed
While news spread on Monday that Sam Hunt’s wife Hannah Fowler filed for divorce from the singer citing “adultery,” what was not reported until now is that just hours after filing for divorce, she withdrew the complaint.
US Weekly is reporting that Hannah Fowler actually filed the divorce complaint in Tennessee on Friday, February 18, at 11:43 a.m. The publication confirmed on Tuesday (2/22) that Fowler filed a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit just a few hours later at 2:13 p.m. Dismissal in the state of Tennessee means Fowler is no longer seeking a divorce.
However, according to the nonsuit filing, her decision as “voluntary nonsuited without prejudice,” means she can file for divorce a second time in the future but cannot withdraw the divorce filing a second time.
