Philly Spring Bucket List: 6 Amazing Adventures
Spring. Is. Here.
And we don’t know about you – but we’re ready to rock our favorite hoodies, smell the fresh air, and obnoxiously post pics of cherry blossoms every chance we get. We even have a few captions written and ready to deploy. Here are our faves:
Spring. Is. Here.
“These are my best buds.”
“Sunshine is my favorite accessory.”
“Spread love like pollen in the spring.”
“Spring is when life’s alive in everything.”
“Sunshine state of mind.”
You get the point. Anyway, our backyard is blooming with springtime activities. From ballgames to family outings, these adventures are the perfect prescription to cure your spring fever.
1. Play ball!
Not to jinx it – but the Phils are looking good this year. And the best part? Tickets are reasonable, the Bank is the best, and Bryce finally has additional firepower to complement that sweet swing of his.
2. All aboard…
If your kiddos get down with Thomas the Train, look no further. This 45-minute ride takes you through beautiful scenic attractions with some quirky details along the way. We suggest grabbing tickets in advance.
3. Talk about a hole in one.
Take a trip across the Ben for some mini-golf at The Funplex. No joke: this place is fantastic. In addition to putt-putt, they’ve got bowling, an amusement park, laser tag, and so much more!
4. It’s wine time!
While you’re in Jersey, drop by William Heritage Winery. Plenty of outdoor seating, live music on the weekends, and mouthwatering food trucks.
5. Longwood Gardens
You already know. Longwood is the definition of spring.
6. Hit up the ave!
East Passyunk is quickly becoming the spot to find superb eats. So definitely check out their upcoming Flavors on the Ave festival. Here, you can try new restaurants, shop local vendors, and consume a few adult provisions.
