Shark Tank Has Many Successful Philadelphia Brands
There have been quite a few brands from the Delaware Valley who found success on Shark Tank. Scrub Daddy: Aaron Krause of Wynnewood struck a deal with Lori Greiner in Season 4. Scrub Daddy is now the best-selling sponge in the world.
Some other successful brands include: Bro Glo, Simply Good Jars, KIN Apparel, ChompShop, Spergo, Black Paper Party, Fila Manila, Frozen Farmer, just to name a few. Philadelphia is home to Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles so it makes sense we have other successful champions here as well just waiting to be discovered.
Shark Tank Casting Details
“We’re eager to return to Philly after so many years to see how the entrepreneur community has grown. We can’t wait to see Philly’s famous passion in every pitch,” said Mindy Zemrak, CSA, Supervising Casting Producer of Shark Tank. Zemrak has been casting for Shark Tank since its debut in 2009.
This will be one of the select few open casting calls that the Casting Team holds for Season 17.
Parking at Rivers is free, and a free shuttle runs throughout the day from the property’s main entrance to Riversuites at The Battery, hotel located across neighboring Penn Treaty Park.
