Sixer legend and Hall of Famer Allen Iverson made a statement yesterday regarding his friend and on-court rival Kobe Bryant.
Iverson and Kobe were among arguably the greatest NBA Draft class in NBA history. The 1996 draft featured Iverson being drafted to the Sixers with the #1 pick and Kobe Bryant being drafted by the Charlotte Hornets with the #13 pick. The Hornets then traded Kobe to the Lakers and the rest is history.
