It has already been a year of changes and now if some Florida Senators have their way the one thing that won’t change is the time! Saying that the Coronavirus pandemic has impacted the country, Republican Sen. Marco Rubio and Rick Scott proposed legislation that, if passed, would skip the upcoming time change and keep the country on daylight saving time through November 2021. That means that extra hour we get when we fall back in November would go away as would the hour we lose springing forward again in March. Daylight saving time is set to end at 2 a.m. local time on Nov. 1, 2020, and begins again at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021.
