Let’s hope these clouds clear up because the skies will be lit tonight! The Orionid Meteor Showers are happing this week and tonight and tomorrow night they will hit their peak! The showers happen when Earth passes through stream of debris from Comet Halley which happens through November 7. Meteors travel 148,000 mph into the atmosphere but leave gas trails in the sky – you can see up to 20 shooting stars an hour tonight, if the stars align. Good luck!
